Wann wird das Papier versendet bzw. kann es im Geschäft abgeholt werden?
- Das Papier wird circa Mitte/Ende März bei uns sein. Der Versand zu euch kann also ein paar Wochen in Anspruch nehmen bzw. könnt ihr die Rollen erst in ein paar Wochen bei uns abholen.
Muss ich das Papier im Onlineshop kaufen, obwohl ich es im Geschäft abholen möchte?
- Alle, die online bestellen, werden nach der Lieferung das Swedish Tracing Paper erhalten. Wir bestellen sicher noch ein paar extra Rollen dazu, aber wir können nicht garantieren, dass wir lange viel davon auf Lager haben. Für Abholer im Geschäft fallen natürlich keine Versandkosten an.
In welche Länder kann der Artikel versendet werden?
- Ein Versand ist nur innerhalb der EU möglich!
Kann ich etwas zum Papier dazu bestellen?
- Wenn ihr noch etwas zu den Rollen dazu bestellen wollt und auf diese Sachen nicht allzu lange warten möchtet, macht dafür bitte eine extra Bestellung! Alle Produkte, die mit den Rollen zusammen in einer Bestellung bestellt werden, werden auch nur zusammen versendet und das kann einige Wochen dauern. Da die Kartons für die Rollen lang aber nicht sehr breit sind, können wir zu den Rolle auch nicht allzu viel dazu packen.
Was ist Swedish Tracing Paper?
Swedish Tracing Paper ist ein ganz besonderes Schnittmusterpapier, einmal verwendet, mag man kein anderes mehr haben.
- Es ist faserig wie ein Vlies und daher reißfester und einfacher zu handhaben als Papier.
- Es ist durchscheinend, sodass man das darunter liegende Schnittmuster leicht nachzeichnen kann.
- Es ist ein Meter breit, ideal für große Schnittmuster, kein Zusammenkleben mehr.
- Es kommt in 10m Rollen, genug für mehrere Schnittmuster.
- Man kann es bügeln (mit einer kleinen Stufe) um Falten zu entfernen. Das heißt man kann die Schnitte auf dem Papier zum Aufbewahren platzsparend falten und bevor man es verwendet wieder schön glatt bügeln.
- Man kann es nähen, um Muster oder 3D-Versionen von Taschen usw. herzustellen. Es sind keine speziellen Nadeln oder Fäden erforderlich. Man kann es nähen wie einen Baumwollstoff.
- Es ist einfach zu beschriften und nicht so glänzend und rutschig wie normales Transparentpapier und es ist viel einfacher Schnittmarkierungen zu beschriften oder zu übertragen.
- Es wird aus Abaca-Fasern hergestellt, was bedeutet, dass es kompostierbar und umweltfreundlich ist.

- Österreich – 9,20 €, Deutschland – 19,90 €, Rest EU – 22,10 €
- Die Versandkosten gelten für maximal 12 Rollen, solltest du mehr wollen, kontaktiere uns bitte vor deiner Bestellung!

When will the paper be shipped or can it be picked up in the shop?
- The pre-order round runs until 1.7.2023 and only then do we order the paper. So it may take a few weeks for the paper to be shipped to you, or you may not be able to pick up the rolls from our store for a few weeks.
Do I have to buy the paper in the online shop even though I want to pick it up in the shop?
- Everyone who orders online will receive the Swedish Tracing Paper after delivery. We will certainly order a few extra rolls, but we cannot guarantee that we will have a lot of it in stock for a long time. Of course, there are no shipping costs for those collecting the goods in the shop.
To which countries can the article be sent?
- Shipping is only possible within the EU!
Can I order something to go with the paper?
- If you want to order something in addition to the rolls and do not want to wait too long for these things, please make an extra order for this! All products that are ordered together with the rolls in one order will only be shipped together and this can take a few weeks. Since the boxes for the rolls are long but not very wide, we can’t pack too much with the rolls.
What is Swedish Tracing Paper?
Swedish Tracing Paper is a very special pattern paper, once you use it you won’t want to have any other.
- It is fibrous paper, like a light interfacing, so easier to manipulate than printer paper.
- It is translucent so you can easily trace the pattern beneath it.
- It is a metre wide, ideal for large dressmaking patterns, no more taping pieces together.
- You can use it to draft patterns, why not place it over your cutting board so you can see the grid underneath to help guide you.
- It comes in 10m rolls, enough for several patterns
- You can use it to make pattern alterations ensuring a good fit
- You can iron it (with a cool iron – I use the silk setting on mine) to remove creases, so feel free to fold up your patterns to store them so they don’t take too much space.
- You can sew it to make toiles, or 3d versions of bag patterns etc. No special needle or thread needed, just sew it as you would cotton fabric.
- You can use it to trace multiple sizes off a pattern – preserving the expensive original pattern.
- It’s easy to write on, use a pencil, chalk or pen, it’s not shiny and slippery like regular tracing paper so much easier to label or transfer pattern markings.
- It is made from Abaca fibres which means it is compostable and environmentally friendly
- It’s made in the UK!
